Pricing Guidelines

The cost of an animation depends on its duration and complexity.

For each potential project, we provide a free scenario draft (see example here) based on which we quote a flat-fee for the project.

Pricing guidelines for some typical projects:

Short-clip - 30-60 seconds: 2 000 USD
Usually, these clips are short promotional clips introducing a concept rather than presenting technical details.

Short Product Presentation – 2-3 minutes: 4 000 - 6 000 USD
A short product presentation typically consists of an overview of the core technology or the operation principle of a product followed by a presentation of features and benefits.

Detailed Product Presentations – 3-6 minutes: 6 000 - 10 000 USD
The projects tend to include more detailed explanations of the core technology and possibly a section presenting usage in different application contexts.

Training and Installation Manuals – 10-15 minutes: 10 000 - 25 000 USD
Virtual Presentations can be used to present detailed step-by-step explanations of the installation and maintenance procedures for systems of various complexities. In some cases these projects include interactive components designed to simulate a technological process.

The pricing guidelines include for each type of project:
•   technology analysis and scenario proposal;
•   storyboard use as an intermediate validation step;
•   final animation;
•   12 months support and technical maintenance.

Voice-over, music and multi-language versions are available as additional options.
