How we developed the presentation
Initial discussions were held between the storyboard creator and the graphics team. Proper interfacing between the two groups is crucial. NanoSPRINT's expertise consists of anticipating any potential misunderstandings of the storyboard.
The design team produced static models (i.e. without animations) of each object that appears within the cluster. Then we experimented with a few animations that would define the general look & feel of the presentation.
Usually, by this point our customers are interested in sneaking a peek, as was the case with Patrick. So we shared with him the first stage objects and the general layout of the presentation.
After having Patrick's validation we continued with transposing the scenario into the final visuals. Permanent interaction between our engineers and graphic designers is needed during this stage.
After the presentation was assembled from individual animations we focused on technical optimizations like the size of the files.
