Virtual Presentations: Workflow

Week 1

Order Placement & Initial Contact
Customer time-commitment: 1h

Scientific Analyst from NanoSPRINT and Customer discuss:
1. objectives
2. potential use-cases
3. target audience

Customer sends available technical documentation and does not have to write anything new for this project.

Weeks 2 & 3

Technology Analysis & Step Outline Design
Customer time-commitment: 0h

Scientific Analyst performs background research and understands the Customer's technology.
No explaining/training required from the Customer.

Step outline is prepared. The Customer is able to add or delete steps and remains in control of both the content and the cost.

Weeks 4 & 5

Storyboard Design & Validation
Customer time-commitment: 1h

Once the quotation is signed, NanoSPRINT's ComMunication Specialists start working on a Presentation "scenario" (rough PowerPoint sketch).

The Customer and the Scientific Analyst  discuss and validate the storyboard. The Customer can request modifications and the graphics are implemented only after he  validates the scenario.

Weeks 6 & 7

Graphics Development and Final Validation
Customer time-commitment: 2h

NanoSPRINT designs the general "look-and-feel" of the presentation and animations for each of the messages in the scenario. User tests are performed.

The Customer can provide feedback for fine tuning and final adjustments, and has the final word for validating the presentation.
